[06/27/2001] New chat server software up and running

By: -

We have changed over to new software that now runs our back end chat server. Further, for those of you who are versed in IRC, we are now running NickServ, ChanServ, and other services that allow you to register your nicknames so no other person can use it, and that also allows use much greater control over both the server and the mustangworks channel.

We will now try to monitor the chat server closer, as our illustrious member, Musmondo, helps us to moderate and control the chat services. He, or one of us, will ban anyone who causes problems or violates or chat policies. Thank you for everyone''s patience while we dealt with this issue. We hope to see you all in the chat room!
